ABOUT US
Hi, we are Maxine and Peter, operating Happy Dog Sitting in North Anston, Sheffield. We own two lively, affectionate and adorable Boston Terriers called Nora and Rufus, who believe that they are furry humans, certainly not dogs!
We’ve been established since 2015. registered as a Home Boarding establishment with Rotherham Borough Council and were awarded another 5 star rating in our 2021 Animal Boarding inspection, which we’re incredibly proud of.
We like to welcome our guests into our home and keep to a routine they are familiar with as much as we possibly can, for example feeding, walking times etc. We are guided by any information that you provide to us and happy to go the extra mile to put our guests at ease.
We also care about the family too, offering regular updates whilst you’re away, this can be via WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, Facetime, or even good old text messaging, we’re more than happy to provide this, as having our own dogs we know what it feels like to be away from her for any length of time.

We have just returned from holiday and picked up our little treasure from Maxine. We felt very happy and comfortable leaving our dog with Maxine and her family, he appeared very happy relaxed with them and there home. He loved the toys and companions he had to play with. Maxine was also great she made sure she had a good knowledge of his needs, routine and quirks 😃. We also got pictures and messages letting us know he was happy and enjoying his holiday. Looking forward to his next holiday already.
